Start packing up your gear and panoramic canvases for our first trip of the fall season. OPS is heading to Pagosa Springs, Colorado!
Nestled in southwest Colorado at the base of the Continental Divide, Pagosa Springs is one of the state’s last undiscovered gems. Known for its amazing hot springs, abundant sunshine and small town feel, Pagosa Springs offers plenty of opportunities to soak up the scenery and provides unlimited possibilities for plein air painting. We will be located thirty minutes west of the Continental Divide and Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Pagosa Springs, with the San Juan River flowing through the heart of the town, is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest and Southern Ute Indian lands…all just waiting to be painted!
As an added bonus we are planning a one-day trip in the middle of the week to Durango, Co., starting point of the world famous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
Don’t miss this opportunity to join your friends and fellow painters to experience this outstanding plein air adventure.
